Payment Policies
Travelution Peru is a travel agency and tour operator offering its services to both end customers and national and international wholesale travel agencies. We provide various payment methods tailored to meet the needs of each client.
Cash Payment
Cash payments can be made in person at our sales office, either in local currency (Peruvian soles – S/) or U.S. dollars (US$), according to the rate established for the contracted service. Counterfeit bills or coins are not accepted. If any are detected, we will act in accordance with the law.
Bank Transfers and Deposits
Payments made via bank transfer or deposit will be valid only once the client sends the transaction receipt to the bank accounts designated by Travelution Peru.
Payment via Link (Niubiz and Izipay)
The client must request the applicable rate for card payments and the payment link from their travel advisor. Then, the client must complete their personal details, enter their card information, and proceed with the payment. Once the process is complete, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address registered with Travelution Peru.
Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.
Card Payment at Office (POS – Izipay)
The client must request the card payment service and present their card at the POS terminal in our office. The PIN and/or signature will be entered as required by the card type. The payment receipt will be sent via text message to the client’s mobile phone number.
Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.
Payment Validation
All payments made through any of the aforementioned methods must be validated by Travelution Peru to ensure the correct execution of the transaction and the delivery of the contracted services.
